"Very nice employee at the window. Seems like the order box needs to be replaced because it was too difficult to place our order. Grateful she read our order back to us because I was afraid it would be completely wrong. Burger was way too salty. Our cheese sauce wasn't in the bag (costs extra). The ranch is not good. Fries are delicious. The wait was 25 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. The food was disappointing and the wait is too long. Go somewhere else."

"This was my first time trying Freddy’s and I have to say that my experience was awful. I’m not the kind of guys who write reviews online but this time I felt I have to. The patties were toooo salty, completely uneatable, I was at home ready to enjoy my burgers and I had to go back. And these burgers are not cheap. So I went back to the restaurant to get them remade or my money back and the manager that was there never offered apologies, he didn’t even looked at me and he was being kind of rude with his team, the atmosphere there is just terrible. It was completely awful my experience, so this is first time and last eating Freddy’s burgers."

"EDIT: Went back tonight for a to go order. The drive thru was broken so we went in. The floor was very filthy. The staff was very friendly. Our sundae we shared while waiting was great. Got my kids meals as a splurge. When we got the food the fries were cold and rock hard, not fresh and the onion rings were missing. The staff was friendly even though they were crazy busy. My fresh strawberry shake was yummy. I ordered the black bean Burger without thousand island dressing. They have the best pickles anywhere. I usually get their salty shoestring fries but this time I got the onion rings. Thin batter that I love. Don't forget to try the jalapeño fry sauce, yum!"

"Well won’t ever order here again. Paid $15 for a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have cheese on it (paid extra) that didn’t come on it and 1/4 filled bag of onion rings. Ordered through door dash, gonna guess the driver ate some of our food."
