"Walked in, waited about 3 minutes before I saw 2 employees who didn't even acknowledge me. Kudos to the young lady that did. The rest of you need to work on your customer service, expeditiously. How you can look a customer in the eyes and walk right past them as if they aren't even there is beyond me. Do better!"

"I am so disappointed. I absolutely love Torchys and is one of my favorite places. But this location is the worst for cold food. I ordered take out and I only live 1 minute away. When I grabbed my tacos out of the bag the foil was not warm at all. And to no surprise at all my tacos were completely cold and my meet was hard. I ordered one beef taco for my daughter as well and she’s five. She did not want to finish her taco because her taco was cold and the meet the beef was completely dried out. We just threw it away. I don’t know who is making the food tonight but this is completely unacceptable to me. These are not cheap tacos and we did not get what we paid for. I didn’t enjoy anything I ate tonight unfortunately."

"I had the Brisket Taco and the Shrimp taco. The Brisket taco was amazing and it's my favorite so far. The Shrimp taco was not good. The Shrimp was cold and old, like it had been sitting out for hours. I'm gonna give it another chance though. There are so many things to choose from. It was hard to pick just 2. There is an Acholic beverage bar here and drink specials. I absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and fast. You can sit and have a beer or cocktail while you wait on your food. They use the beeper coasters so you'll know when your order is ready. Cool lunch spot for sure. Enjoy!"
