"I thought I had died & gone to Heaven! The meal I had here was the best I'd ever had @ Church's. The chicken was hot & fresh, juicy & tender with crispy skin. The biscuit was light & fluffy, cooked the way it should always be. The mashed potatoes & gravy were so fresh & hot that I actually had to blow on them to cool them off enough to eat. Obviously everything had just been freshly cooked. I just wish I could get it this way every time. But people are in such a hurry that restaurants have been forced to precook everything & throw it under a "warming light" which basically ruins the perfection they have just created. Forget FAST, give me FRESH!!!"
