The Golden Burrito 1

"I'm appalled. I found some type of insect in my food, not a roach but some type of bug. I spoke to woman who served me and she was very dismissive and the most I was offered was a replacement. Absolutely not. I have no plans of ever eating from the restaurant or their trucks again."

"First time coming to this place, we went to the truck on NW 23rd and Portland, ordered 2 burritos and we were given 1r/g sauce packet. When we asked for another the woman working said no. 2ppl 2 separate burritos 1 sauce packet ? Bad customer service. I would've paid for the other, had she said something even though I don't feel I needed to since I purchased 2 items and also tipped her.**** Just opened my very small $8 burrito and of course the onions I asked 3x to not be on the burrito are there & no cream sauce, no flavor barley any rice and beans in the burrito. So now I have a small flavorless burrito made incorrectly AND DONT HAVE ANY SALSA PACKETS TO TRY AND MAKE IT BETTER! JUST 0 STARS ON EVERYTHING"

"We walked in unaware the place was closing. The lady at the register still took our order. The manager walked up and told us she was sorry but they were already closed. But, the lady behind the register told her the guy in the back said they had enough to complete our order. So we were still served. And thank goodness because the brisket and cheese with green sauce tacos were delicious! It was a bit spicy for my norm but it was so good I ate every bite."

"Customer service is something to be desired from most staff, one polite dude working. Breakfast burrito is made with homemade tortilla & homemade chorizo but is lacking in flavor, &eggs definitely taste old. Blaring music through the television wasn't very inviting. Very affordable though, $6 for a decent sized breakfast burrito+ drink."

"Food was delicious, but the ordering process is confusing and staff aren't terribly friendly. Television was turned up so loudly we had to yell back and forth and the bikini clad women washing cars, shown on the TV wasn't what I would call family friendly. Food was good, prices are steep, staff and atmoaphere could be improved."
