"Place is always dirty, everything or something is always broke. Never have enough chicken cooked ive never once came in and been able to walk out without waiting 10 to 15 mins. Its not even close to busy right now and they ain't got anything ready. Maybe one day the Store Owner will actually fix stuff and update their store or hire shift managers that actually manage. Somehow i always end up coming because the food is pretty decent"

"The food was delicious. The cashier had a name tag on that asks "What is your favorite sauce" and in Spanish the reply said "I am Baby". That was awesome. Only odd thing was the women's bathroom door was kept locked. You had to have an employee unlock it. Men's room was free to go in and out of. Just not familiar with this process."

"A piece of metal wire was found in one of the sandwiches that I had purchased from this location. This could have been potentially life threatening or caused some sort of injury. When I attempted to express my concern and awareness of this situation, I was disregarded by the manager and district manager. The district manager couldn't empathize my reasons for making contact. She didn't even ask for any photos to investigate, and instead asked if I would be happy with a replacement sandwich. A replacement sandwich was going to wash away my worry for the family member whom ate the sandwich or prevent this from happening to someone else?? Why would I want to ever eat anything from this place again. I will be reporting this to the county health department and they can take it from there."

"Okay so your customers don't need to hear you fighting in the kitchen about how one employee smells like cigarettes and if you were on a break when you were smoking cigarettes. Period ! They were cooking too much chicken at once, our food came out to be cold. A replacement was provided, however please only cook what can be served quickly, fresh and hot. There were 11 employees etc in the kitchen, it was a big mess of high labor cost and inefficient management."
