"Meh. Brisket was tough and dry and at least a day old. Polish sausage was fine, pulled pork tasted best of all 3 meats. Portion sizes are small. Slaw was dressed with a gross, sweet and goopy slaw dressing and pickles were the worst sort of Sysco Foods commercial pickles. Ick. Baked beans were fine. Nothing to write home about, no reason to return."
"I want to like this place. Unfortunately for $20 with a 4 meat combo, I expect more than half a hot link, half a polish sausage, half a cubed slice of brisket and one slice of turkey. The portion size is the biggest complaint. Flavor was decent, but nothing to jump out of my seat over. Stick with Clark’s Crew or Bedlam BBQ and save yourself the heart ache."
"Nobody else was there besides me..atmosphere was cool. When I eat barbeque- I want BARBEQUE BAKED BEANS and Potato salad.. Long as pappy has been there and these beans are Pork and Beans.. no barbeque flavor, brown sugar, inions, just killed it for me... the potato salad is basically bland ... not good not bad just no crunch ..no celery- onions..ect and the price was alittle steep to me. No drink - add a drink 20. This was 16.00 I hadn't been there in some years... probably won't return."
"I ordered the Squealer (1 meat, 2 sides). The baked beans were pretty good. Potato salad was great. Brisket tasted good but was a little on the tough side. (Could be my own tastes as I'm used to Texas BBQ and they can do brisket). My main problem was the portion size and that they had barely been open and were already out of mac & cheese. The meat was sparse at most for $13.99. $10.99 would have been more appropriate for that small of a portion size."
"The food is so mediocre, I could easily make it at home, but 5x better. Portion control is atrocious. This big cup is the drink, the 2 white cups are my sides. The pile of meat is probably 3/4 of what it was originally. Got another pile of pulled pork, which I already ate before I took the picture, but it was small too. The whole kit' n caboodle cost me $21. Not worth it, not coming here again, I'm gonna recommend other people to not come here. I'd have paid $12, but not no $21. At least the service was good."
