"This location is horrible. Store is not clean, bathroom is nasty. The girl who took my order and made my drinks , had on fake nails at least 3 inches long, GROSS!!!! STAFF acted like they hate their jobs. Price is too expensive for sandwich, won't go back"

"I love this place. Enjoy the Peach Tea, Chicken Salad Sandwiches. They periodically have dumplings! Love, love them. This is a good place. I discovered them in Florida as well. Made me happy!"

"The first time I came into this location I had placed a to go order on the app at the wrong location and someone very kindly called the other store and had the order made here. I ordered a Smokey pepper jack turkey with no honey mustard and mayo instead. There was honey mustard on my sandwich when I got to work. I let it go, cause they were kind enough to move the order over from another location instead of making me repay and call the other store myself in hopes of a refund. However, I returned today and asked for the same thing and the girl did manage to mark no honey mustard but failed to mark mayo instead. When I checked before leaving this time and went to ask for mayo, she was silent and left before returning with two mayo packets. I was under the impression my sandwich would be made properly, I feel that’s a reasonable expectation as that’s what I pay for. I regret tipping and will not return until the future unless I have to. Edmonds McAlister’s service is apparently unparalleled in the greater OKC area."

"No more chances. We love dining in but Curbside orders are never complete or are unsatisfactory/ disappointing. If we don’t check it, we always get home with things missing. Tonight I checked and i thought we had everything (missing kids cookies!) not only that but the kids fruit side has a MUCH smaller amount than we’re used to (shrinkflation?), and my avocados in my potato are actually rotten… I’m sorry but this is not an isolated incident and other people complain about the same things all the time… you all charge too much for this to be happening sooo often, when is it going to change???"
