"We used the drive thru. The lady who took our order didn't get it correct. I had already driven away before we checked our bag. There was so much traffic in the area, and we were on a tight schedule, so we chose not to go back and argue about our incorrect order."

"Ordering at this location is difficult most mornings. Lack of fluent English speaking staff makes ordering difficult and most orders inaccurate. My last experience, the woman who took my order, and made it and messed it up looked at me like it was my fault . It was an ice coffee plain. No sugar. Very disappointing."

"Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo, over the intercom the lady asked if I wanted two sandwiches, I told her “no just one sandwhich and I would like that to be a medium combo with a sweet tea” and I asked for pickles to be added to the sandwhich. She said “one spicy deluxe with medium sweet tea?” I said yes. Go to the window to pay, they charged me two sandwiches, no combo, and a medium sweet tea, when I politely pointed that out and again repeated myself, they acted like I WAS THE PROBLEM. They fixed the order, handed me my food, I instantly saw there were no pickles (which is my favorite) so I politely asked if I could get a side of pickles for my sandwhich. They looked at me again like I was being difficult when that’s what I requested from the moment I took my order. Didn’t like the attitude, they disregarded that the mistakes were being made on their end, not mine, and it was a constant battle to pay for what I actually wanted. Like I’m poor, I’m sorry if I want to actually get what I am paying for? If they apologized and didn’t act like the problem was me, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I’ve been in customer service for over 18 years, safe to say this place absolutely sucks. Employees who won’t even acknowledge that they made a mistake, will repeat those mistakes over and over so good luck to management!"

"Been here many times now but I think they have something against me because EVERY time I ask nicely for extra ketchup and mustard they go out of their way to literally put less. Like why? I didn't think it was an annoying request but I guess it makes them mad. Also the service here sucks. Just go to the one on expressway."
