"Wow, waited over a decade to try this, and what a disappointment. My west of Philly was completely raw in the middle. The mac & cheese was brown and had so much grease. You could've fried french fries in the bowl. HORRIBLE!!"

"I went to Tom and Chee because they have a gluten free sandwich. I was looking for other gluten free things I could eat on their menu too. I see this great looking fruit cup that was supposed to have melon and grapes in it. Instead I was given 2 store bought dole mandarin orange fruit cups. I would have never paid 4 dollars for the fruit if I had known they were just going to give me fruit cups I could have bought in a grocery store for far less! The lettuce on my sandwich was also turning brown. My husband ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Not only did they not put any ranch on his sandwich half of the sandwich had no meat. We were on vacation at the time and on our way out of town when we discovered how bad the food was. Otherwise I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. I expect a lot better from a restaurant in a city the size ok Oklahoma City. This was was NOT GOOD!"

"The food was great! We had the creamy tomato basil soup, and the goat cheese salad and the West of Philly. They have a pick 2 option and the customer service is awesome!"

"Tom and Chee offers great, tasty gluten free options. They're considerate, and usually package gluten free sandwiches separate from regular ones. In general, I really enjoy their food! That being said- I've never experience quality service here. They're always extremely understaffed, and running behind on order-ahead orders, no matter how empty the store may seem. Every time I've ordered ahead here, they are only starting my order when I arrive, even when I show up with a cushion of 5 minutes after my order pickup time. The employees usually seem pretty stressed out as well, hence the low atmosphere score. Really is seems management needs to step it up on hiring, but the employees are doing a stellar job providing quality food."

"Tried them out for the first time for lunch and was thoroughly surprised. Good selection of a couple cheeses and breads, plenty of add ons for your sandwich too. Crew was very nice and the garlic tots were very good. Absolutely would come back again. Nice quaint atmosphere and good food for relatively cheap barely spent like 11-12 bucks for my sandwich, tots and an extra sauce which is a steal in this economy"
