"How is this place even still open with all the complaints!? I went in today sat March 16th walked in the first thing I see was an employee at a table sleeping I should have walked out then! Second they had three ppl in the back and one standing close to the front counter playing with a dirty towel not one acknowledged or greeted me.third I stood at the counter and the dude playing with the dirty towel started wiping the counter and other stuff with the dirty towel never looked at me to start my order never looked up at me so I could start my order I'll never go back"

"We will not be coming back to this location unless stricter hygiene is enforced. We came in this evening at 5:35 pm and placed our to go order. Two ten piece classic wings and an order of voodoo fries, and took a seat to wait. We received our order at 6:02 pm and left. The food was hot and delicious. Now, here were the problems. There was one employee working the front counter, one working the line, one working the fryer, one waiting for food to bag and 3 others just standing around. The bagger kept eating randomly the entire time we were there and also touching their face, mouth, clothes, etc and never once was out of sight and never washed their hands. This person was handling food as they were putting it into bags. I watched a delivery order be put together, placed on a back counter for about 10 minutes before the driver grabbed it and walked out with it. The fryer steadily touched his clothes and never washed his hands. I saw no employee wash their hands. The only employee that actually followed hygienic guidelines was the line worker who was wearing gloves the whole time and frequently changing them and never touching anything but the food she was making. Food service has a guideline that employees should be washing their hands roughly every 20 minutes, especially when working directly with the food. Management needs to pay closer attention to this. The only thing that made this a 2 star was the taste and temp of the food we received."

"Placed an online order. Waited 10-15mins longer than the pick up time given, which wasn’t a big deal due to it being Sunday night football. BIGGEST complaint: ordered a 20pc and all the wings were practically unseasoned . Waste of money"

"Thought might be faster to order online and come pick up but no, the employee was busy making order for their friends. We asked if our food is ready yet, they give me face like they don’t care. The place is freezing. Horrible service."

"I stopped in to pick up an order, and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. 15 minutes go by, and I asked again and was told, "It's going to be another 5 minutes. " As the pics show, #1 only 1 employee in the work area, the rest were back in a room. After 20 minutes go by I asked a 3rd time, only to receive the same. Pic #2 shows 5 employees in the work area doing nothing. I have a lengthy video of this. This generation of kids are in for rough ride in the near future! If I owned this store, I would be looking for new employees who would appreciate having a job."
