"My wife and I wanted to stop by Whataburger on Sunday and enjoy a nice burger, which turned out to be a bad mistake. First, the young lady taking your order didn't know how to honor our meal coupons correctly, and we needed a manager's assistance to get through that process. Second, once we had ordered our food there wasn't any place to sit because there was soda spills and leftover trash everywhere, so much we had to get a staff member to clean off a table so we could eat. Lastly, my wife's for finally comes out but the fries are cold and her order is incorrect!"

This place is half scam 11/17, employees are having inappropriate conversations while “serving” customers at the window. I then received water for gravy. Check your food. Take your time at the window. They have no sense of urgency and provide very poor customer service."
"I went at 1pm for lunch. It was still busy, but the wait was only 2 minutes. Service was great! Food was fresh. I had the chili cheese burger and it was the best chili cheese burger I have ever had! Delicious chili and crisp fritos on the burger! I had to get some to take home for lunch the rest of the week! The white chocolate Raspberry shake was really tasty as well!"
