"I placed an order online and I come to pick it up. The woman who served us was extremely rude. I had shakes apart of my order and that was the thing I was AFTER. Then after we arrived she wanted to break down the shake machine WAY before closing. ONE HOUR before they close. Then we decided to call them and ask for a refund and then proceeds to tell us we can get a refund on the app. We go on the app and we CANNOT get a refund. We simply told the woman and she was continually rude to us and would not give us the manager number. I will never come to this place again. I do not suggest to come to this location. Customer service is bad and they are extremely rude!!!!"

"3rd time in a row food poisoning. Not sure if they're not storing chicken properly or mishandling. So bad this time almost ended up at hospital! Stay away until issues addressed! Used to be one of the best, so disappointed"

"If I could do no stars I would. The bread was hard and the beef was cold. Will not go back again. We wanted the meal but just got the sandwich. The only good thing is I was only charged for the sandwich's"

"Good staff I like the guy who works the drive thru window he's customer oriented and eager to please some one who just ordered a bunch of food he makes sure to ask if you want any sauce or any other possible pleasantries u might need for your food so I like him he's very good at making g my visits there pleasant"

"Food was OK. Arby's used to be better. Fries were cold, but that is not unusual for Arby's. Miss the potato cakes. This location has been remodeled and the furniture and interior have been improved. The self serve pickle and sauce bar is gone, which is more sanitary. This location is an improvement compared to other locations, but I won't be "Thinking Arby's" as much as I used to."
