"Tried to use a deal through the app and they failed to put my code in but my app said the code was used. When I got to the window they told me the code didn’t work and I had to refresh my app which said the code was used and I had to wait 15 minutes to use it again. The two employees and the manager I spoke to said there was absolutely no way for them to honor the deal I just tried to use so ended up paying full price for my meal. They also messed up my order. Terrible customer service."

"We went to eat a happy meal and play at the play place at 1:20 or so. At 1:50 a worker came in and told me and two other family’s we had to eat at another table inside that they were closing play area for cleaning. Our kids were upset crying. They hadn’t even gotten to play. I talked to a manager and she said well normally there is a sign up, I said ok well today there isn’t one and closing right at lunch time for two hours kicking families out is ridiculous she said ok and walked away. Won’t be going back ever! Nor kid friendly at all."

"They started charging for extra sauce and syrup. Nothing Urks me more than to get my bag and ask for 1 extra sauce and then be told, that will be 25 cents please... Update 20220909...they have stopped charging extra for sauce currently Update 20231220...been buying toys by themselves there for year and today the manager says we don't sell just the toy...so I used my rewards to get a Large fry...this is what was handed to me without removing any fries on the way home!"
