"The clothing is rather high-priced. I feel that many plus-sized clothing stores overprice their inventory. There were 2 employees. One was polite, friendly and helpful. The other was standoffish and not friendly. I worked retail many years. If the staff is not cheerful and kind, they should not be in that line of work. I won't be back."

"What a great store! Lots of selection, great service, and I had a religious experience with the bras. A bit expensive but if you have the budget, it's a must for big girls that don't want to dress like old ladies."

"Okay. So I’m a curvy women. I love my curves and I love shopping here. The cloths are good quality, they always have a good sale going on and the women who helped me was amazing and patient. I wanted a white button up and some new jeans and I got just that! I love the staff and how clean everything is. This is my all time favorite store."

"I shop here pretty frequently. This location use to be my favorite. But the last two times there has been an employee that is rude to me every single time. The tall girl, longish hair and I think she has glasses. Rather it’s her following me around the store, her being condescending, or my online order being wrong. I came in asking for black shorts, mind you she watched me the whole time and then with her smug face asked what she could help me find, then when I told her what she could help me find and she was very condescending and acted like she could care less. Then this last time I placed an order, one of my shirts said out of stock. I come in not only do they have the shirt in my size, they have 2 of them. Then I said hey this said pending which usually means it’s out of stock but it’s right here. She said she didn’t know why and proceeds to check me out. Not only was the shirt double the price in store but she was rude….. I ended up just saying never mind and driving all the way to quail springs where they were pleasant. This is why torrid is struggling if it’s not for their out of date clothes, it’s their rude employees. I’ll be sure to figure out her name and complain to corporate. I know working retail is hard but I’m not one of those customers…. Don’t take your anger out on me. Also stop following and watching black people around its 2023!"

"They are having some great sales right now. Buy one Get one half off store wide. 70% off of clearance. The dressing rooms are also open and they offer sizing but due to COVID you'll have to size yourself or bring a friend.. my hubby enjoyed this part! Lol"
