Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

"1st time at any Braums, I live out of town. I used the drive thru and ordered ice cream and decided to try the 5 for $5 hamburgers had them add cheese . The ice cream and burgers was very good...the young man at the window was super nice and my wait wasn't long at all....wish I had visited more than 1 time while I was in the area...I love ice cream!!"

"Ugh braums is the most gross, inconsistent place I've ever been to in my 40+ years. One store is good all the time and you try a different store and that place seems like they want to shut down or get sued or something. I just ordered last night a pimento chicken sandwich with no jalepenos. I got a burger with jalapeños and the bacon had a green slimy tint to it. Such a waste of money and now I'm not eating my dinner I looked forward to. I've even talked to a guy in corperate and he straight up lied to me. I'm so done with this local company, which is sad cuz I wanted it to work but almost everytime I order from braums, it's not any good much less edible, sad to say I'd rather order McDonald's at this point and I hate them, at least they're constant...."

"I ordered the spicy burger special y'all have on menu and it really would have been delicious but the bottom bun was completely soggy when I ate it. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that. Thank you Margaret"

"The girl in the drive through was super nice, but one of our mixes was almost half empty. Apparently this happens ALL the time. It's especially frustrating when you hand in one full ice cream and one half empty one to the same car. There a serious consistency issue, so you have to hope you catch them on a good day."
