"well I ordered a single drink. did it in the app to get half off and whatever. sat in the stall for 15 minutes before I decided to go through the drive thru and ask for it. drive thru wasnt really moving either so I scooted out of it and left. Thanks for taking my money I guess. maybe if yall paid your employees more people would actually wanna work here. may as well just close it if you can't get any food or drinks out"

"Great Service Recovery Experience at Sonic! I recently ordered 2 Supersonic Double Cheeseburger meals and 2 Supersonic Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burritos from Sonic. Upon arriving home, I discovered I was missing one of the cheeseburgers. Despite encountering difficulties reaching the store via phone, I decided to visit in person. The staff, especially a very nice lady, promptly apologized for the oversight, replaced the missing cheeseburger, and even wished me happy holidays. The service recovery was impressive, turning a potential frustration into a positive experience. The food was delicious, and the quick resolution to the issue left me with a smile. Kudos to the team for their excellent customer service!"

"I'm appalled at how bad this location is. Well, all Sonics are bad but this one is really bad. This is not the first time that I've gone in this place ordered something gone home and it's been messed up. Either it's not been cooked right missing items or just taste nasty. I go in tonight wait over 10 minutes to get three ice cream items. Manager hands it to me. I go home find out they're all messed up. There is no candy in them... one of them is missing about half the ice cream... No toppings... And I paid extra for more candy AND Fudge and Carmel. Does this look like it? What a bad experience. But that's every time. I only went here because my parents wanted to go here. I do not eat this kind of slop food but was having a cheat day and thought I'd get some ice cream with candy in it. For my once a month cheat day. And what happens I get screwed over by Sonic once again. Do not go to this place or any sonic. I've been a Sonic manager at more than one Sonic in this city and do not go to them. Trust me. I even worked at the corporate Sonic as well. Sonic is gone way downhill do not go to them anymore. They're only as good as the help. And they hire people that are still incarcerated in day release programs. So no wonder your food turns out like it does. At least wait until they are out of incarceration and fully rehabilitated until you hire them. Many of my employees were slanging drugs while they were incarcerated in the Carver Center."
