Red Lobster

"I recently dined at Red Lobster, and it was an utter disappointment. The stuffed flounder was not only cold but also had a mushy texture that was off-putting. To add to the dismay, the baked potato was served plain, without even a hint of butter. The lobster tails were tiny, hardly justifying their price, and the salmon was dry and overcooked, a far cry from what one would expect from a seafood establishment. The side dishes didn't fare any better. The bacon Mac n cheese was incredibly dry, resembling noodles with a mere sprinkle of melted cheese on top rather than a creamy, savory dish. Even the bread service was bizarre; our first batch arrived in a bowl, and the second batch came in a basket lined with what seemed to be a bathroom paper towel. When we requested extra napkins, we were handed paper towels from the bathroom, which was both surprising and unacceptable. For a restaurant charging $30-$40 per plate for lobster, one would anticipate a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, it seems Red Lobster has succumbed to the same pitfalls as many other corporations, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. The food and service are a clear indication that there's no desire to improve or offer a memorable dining experience. This visit was my last to Red Lobster. It's disheartening to see such disregard for quality and customer service, especially at these prices. I cannot recommend dining here to anyone looking for a quality seafood meal. It's simply not worth the disappointment or the expense."

"We had a good experience. They seemed to be a little understaffed for a Friday night and we had to wait to be seated. Our waitress was successfully handling her section and was on top of getting our endless shrimp orders in ahead of time so we didn't wait long for our next round (there were three of us eating endless shrimp). The price is competitive and a good deal for the quality and quantity of food you get. I really enjoyed the flavors of the shrimp skewers and coconut shrimp."

"This was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location. The food was extremely poor today. The container for the cheddar bay stuffing, had dried water spots all over it, and appeared to be dirty. When we open the inside it looked like maybe three spoonfuls of stuffing. The biscuits were flat and kind of hard the shrimp did not appear to be done. In fact, I re-cooked it a little longer. When I got home to get rid of the translucent look, the brussels sprouts was really good and the service was not so great. No one was mean, but no one appeared to want to be there either, not even the gentleman I think was the Manager. A young lady came in as I was waiting for my to go order and she had a nice big smile on her face and said hello have you been helped? She probably was the friendliest person that I had encountered there and she hadn’t even clocked in . This experience was overall disappointing and I was not happy to spend $50 for what we received. However, this is the first for me at this location so I will go back because on past experiences everything has been good.."

"Dinner was below average. The food tasted fine, but didn't come out hot as you would expect. Our waitress tried to hard sell us on appetizers and desserts while complaining about being there all day. "Come on help me out" were her exact words; felt like I was buying a used car. The rest of the staff was friendly and polite. It was nice and cool in the back area. No other issues. The biscuits were amazing as always. Plenty of parking and the bathroom was clean."

"This place has been around forever. They have kept the menu updated and they remodelled not that long ago. Food is always great, cheddar biscuits just keep on coming. The frozen drinks from the bar are great for a chain restaurant. The admirals feast has been my go to, but I tried the Ultimate Surf and Turf and it was great. Staff is always attentive and nice. We generally go there with a group of 8 to 12 people and never a bad experience. Not the best on the budget, but food is always on point."
