"Did the tmobile Tuesday deal buy a drink get a sandwich free , I ordered a lemon aid got a Dr Pepper instead , my sandwich was suppose to be on rye bread and a deluxe and it was missing toppings . my moms pastrami and Swisswas suppose to be on rye which the cheese was not on her sandwich either and her pastrami on her sandwich was super salty , we both have high blood pressure and try to avoid foods that make your ankles and fingers swell up or in my case mouth blisters . When we went thru the drive thru the guy acted like it was a bother and he was the only person up there"

"I just had the worst experience I thought I would never have at Schlotzsky’s. I placed and order with the franchise owner and paid through a Schlotzsky’s endorsed 3rd part app. The owner said the transaction didn’t go through and that it was declined. I said, “no way!” I checked my bank account and the charge went through just fine. At this point, he said to pay another way and the money would go back into my account. I said, “no.” I asked him to either void the transaction or call the point of sale company and get figure it out. He told me he didn’t have their number but said, “I’ll call the police instead.” I’d never raised my voice and had never been belligerent or problematic. He went to his phone and made a call to say he had a customer he needed assistance with. Whatever. I hadn’t done anything and was recording the entire conversation, so the police were welcome. I stood my ground and he finally reluctantly called the Aloha POS company who he said he didn’t have number for before. They agreed that all seemed fine but he still wouldn’t budge. I suggested he fill my order and if the money did get returned that I would gladly come and pay him. Of course, he wouldn’t do that. While the owner was on the phone with the POS company, the shopping center security guy walked up and asked if a call had been made. The owner didn’t call police. He called the mall security which was equally as ridiculous as the police. He finally gave me a void ticket which was what I asked for in the beginning and I went elsewhere to eat. This Schlotzsky’s service is AWFUL!"

"Had a big order for a company lunch. for some reason the Internet went down in the middle of my order. it gave me a confirmation sheet, (HOWEVER the order didn't go through). I got worried when no one showed up with the food. SO I called the store. The Manager on 8/29/2023 Jumped into action. they got my order (30 box lunches) done pretty quickly and delivered them. What a way to save Lunch!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We will be Using them more often for company events!! Thank you for your customer dedication!!"
