Reviews
"Went for lunch, food was decent as always. My wife got the salad bar. She got her second plate and a to go container(for our kiddo's left overs and whatever else we didn't finish)at the same time(from an employee). While filling her second plate, the manager approached her and loudly scolded her, repeatedly at the salad bar for getting a to go container. Our table was in the middle of the restaurant, and we heard the conversation clearly. I must say he was very helpful in explaining how salad bars work. Did you know that you can get a plate, get food and then eat that food? Because I learned that from four tables away as the manager told that to my wife four times because she had the gall to utilize a container and employee gave her."
"This is a review of this restaurant as it compares to other Jason’s Deli’s, not on all restaurants. This location is very clean. The staff is super nice, and the food tastes fresh and is very good. I’ve been to this location about four times over the last month. Normally I get the open salad bar, but I never can make more the one pass. The veggies have always been good up there. Tonight I got the 1/2 Reuben sandwich and cup of tomato basil soup. Both were hot and fresh. The soup stayed piping hot while I ate the sandwich, and still had steam coming off of it. Both were delicious, but I would say Panera has a slight edge over on their soup. The Reuben was on point! Thinly sliced meat and the bread was perfect. Way to go Jason’s! They brought me my food and three big napkins because I probably look like a messy person. Great place to eat and not too crowded at supper time. :)"
"The food was fresh. The salad bar was well stocked. The atmosphere is more like a cafeteria, but that doesn't take from the food quality. The interaction with the employees was pleasant."
"Great place to eat. Food was excellent. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. I'm a little disappointed that the salad bar is now one visit only. The prices are starting to get alittle steep too. But over all its a great place to eat."
"Okay… i know I’m from the south, so my expectation of personalities may be skewed to the point where I notice the “lack thereof” more than others… but nobody in this restaurant smiled or looked like they enjoyed their job (or life for that fact). And they were not good “problem solvers” (at least not erring on the side of the customer, that is). Now the food wasn’t terrible…but the first problem was the “all you can eat salad bar” still advertised on google was now a “one trip” that they didn’t tell me about until i ventured up for my second trip after only getting a few things on the first run. (Didn’t want to overflow my plate…although had I known it was a “one trip limit”… then I would have made different choices my first go around). So.. I paid for an extra sandwich b/c i was still hungry. “Skimpy” doesn’t say enough about this place. Remember the old Wendy’s commercial “where’s the beef”?? Well, “where’s the deli meat, Jason!” Plus, they made the sandwich wrong (not using a wrap as ordered). And we didn’t have time to wait to fix it. So we went back to the conference hungry…and a bit put off. But God is still on the throne, so it’s all relative. This is truly a first world problem here.. but jason gets only 3 stars from me. The good news is we are from out of town and won’t have to eat here again. Not a good value for the money."
