"This location, Ive had a good experience each time I visit. I don't run into unwanted lettuce or tomatoes in my food or burnt beans in my food. the burritos are nice and full not tiny little rolled up tortillas. The only negative to this location is the drive-thru, it's right next to the traffic so it's hard for the employees to hear."

"I've been here 3 times. Each experience was the same. 1 st time, I walk in side and there's a line of two people so I stand for 10 mins without any of the workers looking towards the customers in line. The food was only the lettuce and cheese no meat. 2nd time I ordered online and went inside and again the workers would not look towards the customers in line. I was basically looking at my food getting colder while I waited another 15 minutes for food I already paid for. The guy with the mop gave me my food while the other two workers never acknowledge me until I asked for some ice because the ice machine isn't working. I get home and everything was soggy. Bummer. The 3rd the wait was so long my date just wanted to go to the taco truck up the road. Lousy service and rude employees."

"Very hot and miss location. Sometimes l, everything goes smooth and you enjoy your food. One time, the manager was yelling at everyone in the back and completely ruining lunch. Not sure why, but it was horrible. I ended up leaving my food and not even finishing. Just walked out and went to Taco Bell instead. Bad vibe. Just depends on who’s working I guess"

"I love Taco Bueno, the food is usually the best for fast taco joint. However this location was way below par. The staff were unprofessional in both appearance and attitude. The food was cold and the ingredients were skimmed. The burrito was half filled and the taco salad was missing half the ingredients. The cashier rang me up for the wrong food and I went to return it and they told me after taking my food that I would have to pay for the proper food. After I said that was not right and told them my experience was below par they went and replaced it without charging me. This location was very disgusting. We visited at 11:00 a.m. on August 4th 2021. All of the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty. Both my wife and I use the restrooms and they too were filthy. The men's room the paper towel dispenser did not work. There was a foul odor inside the dining room. We accidentally spilled our drink and they had no napkins to clean the table and did not offer a mop to clean up the mess. We left and sat in the parking lot and watched to see if they were going to clean it. After 30 minutes we left and they have not yet cleaned it. We understand that they may have been short-staffed however that is no excuse. Cleanliness is a priority above all. The salsa bar was closed. They did not offer any salsa at the cash register."
