"This hospital and it's various owners/doctors literally saved my mother's life. They have dedicated, experienced, educated doctors and nurses. The care level is exceptional. Would never use any other hospital."

"Love my cardiologist and his staff. The thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is the Hospital Billing department. They are in need of serious technology automation upgrade and a staff overhaul. The system doesn't even have email to exchange documents, like claims and payment proof. They bill you even before the claim is completely processed by insurance. Constant problems paying with my HSA. Then there's the staff, unfriendly, unhelpful and borderline rude."

"I have mixed reviews. The nurses in ICU are the absolute best. They not only took care of my mom but they took care of the family. As mom got better she was moved to step down units and the care wasn’t as good. The biggest issue I have is the fact my mom was exposed to Covid during the time she was trying to be transferred to a long term acute care hospital. We informed the case manager about this and was told Covid was a bad word and not to tell anyone because they would keep my mom and isolate her. The hospital proceeded to transfer her and she did end up with Covid. The heat hospital should have followed protocol and isolated her. Also her medical records and drug list wasn’t sent to the facility she was transferred to and they had no clue how the heart hospital was treating her so that was another problem."

"I have been going to this place since 2000 and I have always seen Dr.T ! And his staff use to be totally fantastic and I was amazed at how well he ran his office! But not anymore! I understand what a lot of people are saying in their reviews about not getting called back and it doesn’t matter how serious your condition is, even if they already know it ! After calling about 4 times over a three week period I finally get to talk to someone in Dr.T ‘s office named JoAnn and she was extremely rude and I basically got nowhere with her ! It was bad enough that I am finally just going to just go to another doctor!"

"I will never use this ER again. Dr. Fitzgerald decided to call me stupid for using HIS ER. I used that one because it was the closest ER and that doctor has the nerve to call me stupid several times. Don't use this place, they are unprofessional, rude, condescending and down right mean. The nurse that was helping triage my patient was on her cell phone the entire time screaming into it about how she didn't want to transfer some guy to that hospital. I don't care what that phone call was about completely, UNPROFESSIONAL! They don't want to take care of anyone. I was there for 4 hours for them to tell my patient she was being sent out because a idiot (directed to me) brought her to the wrong ER. My patient picked this hospital, and I will stand behind my patients. He made her sign a AMA because she wanted to go home instead of laying there hurting, and was in extreme pain. Dr. Fitzgerald would never give us a answer about if she had a stroke. He was so hell bent on me bringing her to the WRONG ER. 13 years in healthcare and I have never heard of the WRONG ER! As long as that doctor works there I will never step foot in that facility or any of my family. Do better Mercy! That doctor has numerous complaints on his arrogant demeanour and nothing has been done!"
