"Why is it every time I place a pick up order they cancel my order? Even when it's not busy. The food is usually hot which is the only reason I come back to this location. I'll get to the store say I've arrived and they cancel my order. It's incredibly frustrating."
"Fire done reason no matter where I go in allergic to McDonald's. It treats me like Taco Bell does. But I didn't buy my lunch. But it was nice and fresh and hot."
"The entire eatery was absolutely freezing. The room temperature was intolerable, especially with the outside temperature only at 42°F. The customer service has been rude any time we have been to this McDonald's in the last 6 years. It's frustrating because this is the neighborhood my husband and I grew up in. We had many good times, even before the kids but now it's just a completely unpleasant place to go. The food is ALWAYS old tasting and when ordering a iced coffee, they charge 50¢ for the same amount of Carmel that the other McDonald's don't charge anything for."
"They often get the food wrong. I'm not sure how you get an Egg McMuffin confused with a Sausage McMuffin. The difference is only in the name. Rung up correctly, but the line just doesn't read."
"Fast service with friendly employees. My order was brought out quickly through curbside delivery. The food was fresh and the order was accurate. The store and the parking lot were both kept up and clean. The employee that brought my food out was wearing a mask."
