"I can agree this place is always busy, bless those workers they keep up so well too! But for real, yes 1/5 of the times i come here it’s not so pretty, but it is one of the busiest mcdonald’s around here. It’s just how it’s gonna be y'all. But without failure they get me my food within 10 minutes every time, the right food, and straight to the point customer service. You just can’t ask for too much, but they get the job done. My hat goes off to you mcdonald’s workers! (update image, months later) Cmon guys"

"I had a terrible experience here. I made an order online and went to pick it up inside. Their door was locked despite it being Sunday and therefore 24hrs. I left as I had somewhere else to be. I called shortly after and was told that they don't do that and I had to cancel on the app. I contacted the app to be redirected to the store again. Today I called the store again and asked for a manager. I was given a male who informed me they could only do refunds in store. When I asked it to be explained he hung up on me. I went to the store as I was nearby and asked for a manager. A woman came to talk to me and claimed there were no male managers. She suggested I called the wrong store. I proceeded to call back the number I had just called. When they answered I requested they walk to the front and a woman arrived carrying the phone. They processed my refund relatively quickly. I am so angry right now. I wish negative stars were a thing. I've gone here a couple times before with mediocre outcomes, but today is awful. I have been waiting something like twelve minutes for two frappes. What are they doing? Freezing the ice? Shipping the coffee beans? It was absurd, my friend ended up going in for me. They said they had forgot to bring the frappes out and had already thrown them away??!! He had to wait for them to remake them. I suppose mistakes happen but this is the second time in a row they've done this. So irritating."

"Good is always good and consistent taste. Price ìs thru the roof. All the convenience chain have doubled in price since COVID. Salaries have not gone up."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I simply asked for a large fry with no salt, paid the 3.49, I get to the window and I get a box of very over cooked, and broken into a bunch of little pieces box of fries! They were dark! I then asked for them to be remade and the crew decides to play the customer for a fool and rebagged the same over cooked, and broken up into little hard pieces fries! After one of the crew members came to the window and asked me If I wanted them remade!!! Do Not Go To This MacDonalds If you want what you pay and ask for! It isn’t worth it! I am soooo angry! They should be ashamed!!! Very poor customer service!! They need to be taught to do better!"
