"I love Italian beef sandwiches. I was so disappointed that they didn't care about quality, service or cleanliness. The meat was microwaved. I know because as a chef I should....and part of it was still cold...literally cold. The right way is to have a pan of the juice always hot in the steam table. Soak the meat until hot...it's not hard!! It's supposed to be on a crusty and chewy French hoagie, not a soft microwaved rubber roll. For $12 I expect at least that and a clean table to enjoy it. When we added Vienna beef to our menus they came to our restaurant to show us how to prepare and serve their sandwiches."

"As usual, a 3 star for most means it was ok. For me, this place was really good. It was a fresh breath of Midwest air. Walking in, everything is Chicago. When I ordered my Italian beef, the owner knew how to serve it and smiled when she could tell I knew how to order it. The owner grew up in Chicago. I also ordered a cheesesteak and it was very good. Was like you'd get in Philly? Not really but still a great sandwich! I love going to these places that exist for a purpose. This place is pretty far out of my way but I will bringing my wife back today to let her try it out."

"This is a really cool place. The products they use are shipping in from Chicago for an authentic experience. The place is decorated with sports memorabilia from Chicago teams along with some pictures of the Chicago skyline. I loved the music they had playing. It was a mix of Rat Pack musicians like Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr and Dean Martin. The service was friendly and fast considering they make the food to order. The food is amazing. I will definitely be back."

"The food was made to order i had a Chicago dog and Philly fries it was hot and fresh the food was very tasteful and the presentation was on point. The service was great they were very attentive in coming to check on us and the atmosphere was nice and clean. I had a great experience overall"
