"Extremely unprofessional and ghetto. They guys behind the counter looked like they haven’t taken a shower in weeks and they didn’t care to take customers orders and were just talking and cursing amongst themselves. Literally left and ate somewhere else. 3/16/24 8:50pm"
"By far the best Popeyes in West OKC/Yukon... Worth the drive if you are on the west side of town, as the the closer options (especially 23rd in the Crest parking lot are terrible). Always friendly, chicken is always fresh. Staff is very polite. It's at truck stop... T/A... but added bonus. CHEAPEST GAS ANYWHERE!!!"
"There must be something wrong here. I have been to different truck stop Popeyes regularly. Today I was charged for 3 legs and 3 wings for 21.34 dollars. She said it’s truck stop Popeyes. Well. By my experience, she charged more than it should be. She is rude. She is impatient."
"I like Popeye's but this is the worst one I've ever been to. The manager is the rudest person and the dumbest person I've ever met. It wouldn't surprise me at all if her mama and daddy are brother and sister. She thinks tax-exempt is a discount. She refused to give me tax-exempt if she gave me a Veteran's discount. She said you can't get two discounts. I said tax exempt comes from the state of Oklahoma not from Popeye's. Tax-exempt is not a discount. I get it because I am a 100% disabled Veteran. She gave me a go to hell look and said well you're not gonna get it for free. It wouldn't be for free. I believe she hates Veterans. The guy that works there is just as dumb as she is. The only one that was decent was the cashier. I was explaining it to the cashier and the manager proceeded to talk it over me again. So I said you know what just forget it and I walked out. The cashier was the only one that had a working brain in her head, the rest of them are idiots. If this Popeye's stays in business much longer, I'll be surprised. They scraped the bottom of the barrel when they hired her for a manager. Maybe next time hire a manager whose parents aren't biologically kin to each other. Manners are free, they don't cost a dime to have them but it will cost you not to."
"Everyone talking about how Popeyes is better that Chick fila. They wish, had to go try out this sandwich that has recieved so much attention. Regular sandwich not great, spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good. Unfortunately that's about all I can say good. They didn't get our order right it took 25 mins for us to get out food . The lobby was a mess and the staff wasn't friendly. Not even 1 your welcome. Popeye's doesn't even stand a chance of ever matching the speed, cleanliness or professionalism Chick fila. Attached are pictures from our visit. Bobby was nice."
