"The crinkle-cut fries were delicious. My roast beef sandwich tasted good but was a little on the cold side. The drink station in the lobby did not have any ice in the machine. The drink mix in the machine was off, heavy on the syrup and light on the carbonation. The lobby was clean."
"This Arby's is MUCH better than it was a few months ago. Back then it was loud, not real clean, and had employees playing around and yelling more than working. They were even throwing things at each other from behind the counter to out in the customer area. The floor was sticky everywhere. I'm so glad I decided to give it one more chance. What a HUGE difference!!!! New Manager. Different employees. Cleaner restaurant all around, including the floor. And the food, as always, was very good."
