"This location cannot get my order straight and I’ve tried ordering it in 25 different ways. If one orders a chicken club sandwich on it with no tomato and no lettuce, for some reason they just take everything off of it. I have had conversations longer than presidential debates confirming with them my ask and they still can’t get it right. WHY???????"

"Management laughs when they get orders wrong, they thought their error was funny. What's also bad is they don't want to make it right. As much as I love the food, I've had enough and will not return. Year after year, the poor service continues. It's obviously not the teenager's fault if the management doesn't care."

"We ordered two combos, my burger was fine. The fries were clearly from the lunch rush several hours prior. My wife's chicken sandwich was crispy instead of grilled, and quite old. We had it corrected, the staff were pleasant enough and made a new one. The grilled chicken had also been out for quite a while, to the point she feared it wasn't safe to consume. We definitely won't stop at this location again."

"Now don't get me wrong, I love cheap burgers. The bag of burgers is a wonderful idea. However, the fries are almost always on the cold side and so too are most of the employees. Hot fudge sundae is my absolute favorite thing there, minus the nuts because they leave a weird taste in your mouth. I don't like nuts that much."

"We moved to Oklahoma a few months ago and discovered Braun’s. We really like their ice cream and stuff. But whenever we go to the one in Mustang it is far less than clean in the back prep area. Tonight I took my daughter there after she got off work for some ice cream and the back area was not even just a little messy but rather completely unsanitary. Having worked in food service I know that there where numerous health code violations. Needless to say my daughter did not want to order food from here so I took her elsewhere to a place with a clean and safe food prep area."
