They had a mishap with their tea machine and apologized to us and gave us a free brownie and upgraded drinks. I just wanted a simple midnight snack after a workout, but I got amazing costumer service as well. Thank you to the lovely people working at this location, you made my night."

"I can't give a neg review this is crazy how bad the food was when ordering by app. I was right in there too- they are obviously staging food too long and the whatasauce is so thick it looks like cheese. And the grease is old has a bad after taste on the onion rings and chicken - couldn't believe all Whataburger arent the same- drive to 59th for the best food and service it makes me wonder what else was done to my food."
