"Usually they are nice and helpful, but today. I usually order on the app close by just so i don't have to list out my drink to them, and i dont care if they take their time or anything like that. But when I was handed my drink the barista said “next time give us at least 5 minutes to have your drink ready.” There was no one in the line and i wasnt expecting them to quickly make the drink. So to the barista that was like that, boo on you, LOL. All in all, the drink was okay, but the service was no bueno! 1/10"

"Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Spent $22 on 3 drinks which wouldn't bother me if they weren't the worst tasting coffee products I've ever tasted. Bypass this shop and go down the street to scooters"

"Love the chain. This location is still trying to get it together. It is very inconsistent if you get any sort of crafted drink. I've been trying to give them time to get it down since it is a new lactation and I know all of that takes time but it seems to be getting worse. They do have several really nice employees. At this point, I only go there because of their food options at this location as well as the convenience of the ap. The drink I typically get has lost it's appeal because it is rarely right. It is far too expensive to roll the dice on whether or not your drink will be correct. On the two occasions I did ask them to correct it (I usually don't because it makes me feel bad and I know they're busy and it's just a drink), they just charge you for another and usually it is a repeat of the first. I know several others that have had similar experiences over the past several months. Would really love to see this location meet the Starbucks expectation. SB is my go to almost anywhere that I go. As of right now this location is very hit or miss. :-("

"Always clean and friendly enviroment. My drink is not easy and they nail it every time! Donna (Army Mom) was super sweet and kind. She took care of me quickly and was equally kind to other customers and employees too. The barista that made my drink was very sweet as well."
