IHOP

"I had to ask for refills. There was only one other table being occupied at the time we went. Our waitress walked by us there was no way she didn't notice our empty classes on the edge of table. She went to another table set there 3 min. Then got our food then asked if we wanted refill. Of course we just got our food we would want refills."

"Not a good experience. Our wait service seemed to resent serving us and we had to go find someone each time to get drinks, napkins and condiments. We were the only table there for a long time and barely got waited on. The drinks were watered down and over carbonated and we had to wait a very long time to get them replaced. Again, We were the only table there very early in the morning but it was awkward that our server yelled across the restaurant to ask us what drinks we wanted and we had to answer back that way. We were also overcharged for a few items. Food was also served dry and we couldn’t find server to request napkins or condiments like ketchup for fries , salsa for omelette and mayo for a burger. I don’t mind getting things for myself but It made the dining experience very awkward and uncomfortable searching for someone so we would have basic things to enjoy our meal. Waitstaff completely disappeared after we got our food and came back to the table about 30 minutes later. It was so terrible and disappointing.. The food was decent but we were also very hungry. We work in the service industry and usually tip generously but couldn’t justify giving more than $2 (out of a feeling of obligation and pity. The service was horrible and nonexistent besides taking our order and bringing food to the table.) I don’t know. I think I’ll skip this IHOP from now on. Just not an experience I’d want to have again especially for the price of dining in"

"This way way too early for my wife & I. Dropped our son of at the airport and the thought of going back to sleep was not going to be an option. So we grabbed breakfast at 5:30 in the morning! We were the only ones there so no doubt the service was great! We've been here a few times in the past very clean and always found this place enjoyable . . . even at 5:30AM!"

"We were craving pancakes! That's exactly what we had and more! The biscuits and gravy were delicious. I usually have to add salt... these ones need nothing! Very flavourful. I had the cinnamon bum pancakes! Very filling and sweet! We also ordered their strawberry cheesecake waffle! Highly recommend it! We asked for hot syrup, and the server brought it out immediately. Great food and service. Our pancake craving was satisfied!"
