Chelino's Mexican Restaurant (6509 NW Expressway, OKC)

"I want to add that this restaurant responded to my negative review to reach out to them via email and they would make this right. I emailed them weeks ago with no response. I just think they wanted to look on Google as a responsible business but it was just a sham. I was not impressed with anything. The chips tasted like they came in a big economy bag like you get at the dollar store. Service wasn't good at all. We were thirsty for 20 minutes before we could even flag someone down for drinks. Also, our entrees were all disappointing."

"We’ve been eating at this restaurant for at least the past 10 years. I like that they give everyone their own queso and salsa. My favorite is the Chicken fajita Chimichanga. However, this time I tried their Shrimp tacos and I must say they were good. My husband had their Chicken fajita tacos al carbón plate and they were huge. Didn’t come with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole or sour cream. So if you like those ingredients in your tacos you must ask for them. Otherwise they still were good. My daughter got the Barreda taco plate. They were ok, except she said they were too cheesy and greasy. My BIL had the quesadillas plate and said they were good. Overall this restaurant is really good and large to accommodate crowds. If you’ve never had so papilla’s, I highly recommend them for dessert."

"Great food! Nice size portions! Friendly and accommodating staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were a lot of um..."fuzz bunnies" in the a/c vents. Would not have enjoyed them falling into my food."
