"This. Place. Is. Amazing. Ambiance is a perfect blend of the 1990s cafeteria and greasy spoon feel. I've never had a more true experience at a real local diner in all my years - did I mention it's on Route 66? And the wait staff is beyond friendly and helpful. My family with our 3 year old, from Texas on a day trip, we're floored at thr hospitality we never feel in our own state. It was beautiful the food - perfectly prepared, served, and tasted HEAVENLY. 10/10 would/will return, highly recommend."

"Wife and I had lunch. I had breakfast she had roast beef with mashed potatoes and yeast roll. Very good food all around. Bacon was crisp and my eggs were just right. A bit pricey but we're in our 60s so everything seems that way."

"This place has one of the best chicken breast I have ever had. It is very juicy. The breakfast is good too. The prices are very reasonable and the service is quick. This was one of our go to restaurants in our weekly rotation when I worked nearby. I still stop by even though it is out of the way to get some good food. I wish there were more mom and pop diners around. Give this place a try."

"Save a few dollars and go to Jeff's Cafe on classen for breakfast. You can pay $7 there or $12 here (eggs and bacon with coffee and juice was $21). Jeff's knows how to cook it right too. Or pay the same price at Hunny Bunny or one of the other GREAT breakfast places around. I ordered over medium eggs and the whites were still runny. Barely cooked enough for over easy. Asked for crispy bacon and it came out floppy. If you can't properly cook eggs or bacon don't cook in a breakfast restaurant. Pretty basic stuff to not get right. Also seems they don't follow health code standards, taking my half eaten plate into the kitchen and returning it to me with new eggs on it."
