"Don't like and will not ever visit any Taco Bell again. Haven't been to this location. Got food poisoned at Newcastle location several years ago. Last time I ever ate anything from Taco Bell. Another downside is that Taco Bell's food is insanely expensive and hasn't a single item that remotely resembles Mexican food. Also getting food isn't terribly fast. The meat doesn't the taste or texture of real meat. I just don't like Taco Bell or anything about it. It's a far cry from what it was 20+ years ago."

"I was rushed to order after asking for a minute to look at the menu. Then, I was given a taco with hardly any meat and expired lettuce. The manager made my food for me again, but a biracial boy with glasses and two young women were laughing at me the entire time, which leads me to believe my food was made incorrectly on purpose. This could have gotten me sick."

"Asked for extra cheese on my fiesta potatoes and they completely drowned them. Completely inedible and gross and rude"

"Edit two years later 2023: picture included, Ordered the $6 nacho fry grilled cheese fries thinking $6 it would be a meal, on the menu the picture advertised was enough to call it a meal yet i received 8 fry’s in total with cheese LOL 2021: We have gone to this location 3 times in the last month. EACH TIME there has been a food item missing. While there 2 evenings ago (tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt again, mistake) we PAID for 2 chalupas and they were not in our order when it came out of the window. We've been jipped by this Taco Bell so much we didn't even bother to drive back and get our money back."

"Always have too much grease with taco and make the shells fall apart by the time you get home. Every time I have ordered, I only get half of what I paid for, and there is no compensation for having to drive back up there to get the other half of what I paid for. Not to mention, the kid that takes the order is always high and can never hear him take and completely has no customer service skills."
