"This is not just for any particular store, but the over all company. I bought my daughter about 5 pants and a shirt from Aeropostale for Christmas. I spent about 160? The clothes were a small and she couldn’t fit them. I went to the okc store to exchange sizes. They didn’t have anymore of the pants or shirts left. So, they only gave me half of what I paid for the merchandise. Even though I didn’t have my receipt I feel I should’ve been given an even exchange. The company is stealing people’s money by doing this. It’s not fair to people who actually like the products and spend their hard earned money with them. Kinda makes you not want to shop there anymore only to be hassled about grabbing the wrong size with dressing rooms being closed due to Covid restrictions!"

"Good quality items, a lot of variety in design, excellent prices. My only disappointment was that the sizes were pretty picked over, so in the women's there were mostly extra small, small and medium in the sale items, and in the men's there were few mediums available. Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience."

"I visited this store with my teenage daughter and her friends on a Saturday. We were going to see a movie and needed to kill about 2 hours. When we entered, the teenage staff was very nice, smiling, and welcomed us into the store. Asked if they could help us find anything, and then made us aware of their sale. They were attentive, but gave us enough space to shop without hounding us or following us around. The teenage staff was professional. The assistant manager on duty that night was everything BUT professional. She was loud, obnoxious, and rude. Not to the customers...but to the teenage girls that were working there! She pointed out something embarrassing on one of the girls, and instead of quietly making the girl aware, the assist. manager shouted it out to the entire store! Laughed about it, and then continued talking about it. The manager overheard me ask another associate what her name was, and she came up to me and said..."What's wrong? Why do you need to know my name? What did I do?". Instead of causing a scene in front of my daughter and her friends, I said "nothing. was just wondering." and continued shopping. This manager stayed right next to us the entire time we were in the store and continued with being loud and annoying. I have left a message with the store manager and awaiting a call back. This upsets me because that young girl working there did not deserve this Assistant manager belittling her in front of the entire store. I expected more out of a grown woman in a manager position."
