"Where do I start, first I would like to thank Toni and Brooklynn for their great and outstanding customer service on 11/21/22. Toni, I appreciate the help, hard work, and your time for helping me. Today, I had to go back to the mall and exchange my bars. I felt so bad walking into the store and seeing Toni face because of all the hard work she did to help me find some bars that would work, unfortunately none of the bars worked for me. Toni, Brooklynn, and Amber gave there awesome customer service again and I left the store with three pairs of jeans that I was very pleased with. These ladies made me feel like I had three sisters to hangout with. The laughter and conversation was endless, I am truly grateful for these women for being who they are inside and out. Thank you beautiful ladies for great visit at Torrid!"

"My go to for dress clothes, good bras and cute undies. The sales associates treat me very well and appear to thoroughly enjoy their jobs. I always feel as though I received a great deal, and I look forward to many more shopping opportunities."

"This is not my normal store but I was on the hunt for a specific item. I was fortunate enough to have Ashley answer the phone. She explained I could not buy the item phone and have it shipped, so I asked if I could purchase it here in Texas and they mail it to the store, no such luck BUT she let me know what my options were. Not only did she hunt the item down in the store, she got approval for my request and even called me back! Thank you Ashley for being so kind and going WAY above and beyond for me!"

"I went in this store April 9th 2017 around 3-5 P.M. I was so embarassed how my 9 year old daughter and I were treated. I had out of town company with me or I would have said something. The person. I was with shops at this store but online and a different location due to being from out of town. She recommended this store. You only got a 1 start bc it made me rate this store 1 star to post a review. If you want to be talked down to, go to this store. Very rude and unprofessional."
