"Honestly not sure what is going on with this location. They literally never get my salad correct, it’s either got meat that isn’t cut at all , or just straight missing my cheese. Wilted spinach and lettuce is always in their not matter what. Update ! Still managed to mess up my food again & again. I’m done coming here"

"I pulled up to the drive thru hit the button 2 times not one employee was around . I thought maybe there in the back so I pulled around and went into the store . Stood there looking for for a employee to help me . Then I seen a employee coming in front outside . I looked and I was beside myself to see ever employee outside and smoking in a car all 3 employee was somking I can't believe this is happening . And when the two lady come in they where so load I couldn't even get the man to hear my order so I well not be back at this store and the price was higher 10 bucks for a footlong meat ball sub. I have worked in restaurants most of my life and I'm honestly blow away at the way by the way this place is ran. Never again . I well not spend money at this place again."

"Ordered online they had 45 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. My husband goes to pick it up and the MANAGER very rudely told him she still had 10 minutes left, then took 10 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Get it home and it’s trash, I’ll leave the pictures cause I don’t even know how to explain what we were given. We went back up there and she again was rude (yes I was rude, I spent $55 on trash) then she had the nerve to ask me for a paper receipt when I was showing her my phone with my receipt. I will say that the 2 ladies that were there tonight (both said they’re new) jumped right in and did an amazing job putting out the managers dumpster fire. I asked for her bosses number but wasn’t given it. She has no business being a manager anywhere. She’s rude & it appears she can’t even make a sandwich. She has a boss somewhere, DO SOMETHING!"

"I'll start with the good...both times visiting, bread was soft, sandwich was tasty,veggies fresh. BUT I didn't get what I ordered through the drive-thru. I asked for a foot long veggie with pepper jack cheese, extra olive & pickles. I got American cheese instead, only a few Olives& Pickles, no green peppers. I'll stick to ordering INSIDE I think."
