"Great cook at this location. Nostalgic atmosphere and like a diamond in the rough waffle house is often over looked for the great service and affordable priced food. The waffles are so good."

"Really, really bad food this morning. My son had a hair in his homefries, ordered capped and topped and they were more like soup. None of his food was worth even eating. My sausages were cooked well,well done with the weight obviously being put on them. It's not burgers. They looked like 1/2 dollars. Server comped the sausage, but never asked my son about his completely un eaten food. Hence the 2 for service. Not to mention, my plate came out 5 min. After my son's and without the waggle for another 5. This place has become a dump and won't be back. Make no mistake, this is the one on garth, not the new one off mustang rd. Much better experience there Last time."

"Worst food at a Waffle House EVER. I love WH and tend to get the same thing every visit. This time Eggs, Waffle, Grits ALL not cooked great at all. I didn't complain although I probably should have. My wife's food also bad."

"I like to come here very late at night. The food is always delicious, cooked just right. Only had one subpar experience here. Chefs follow specific orders you place as well, like extra crispy bacon. The servers are very kind and respectful. Great location."

"The food was great. Cooks are always friendly and amazing. This morning, the female waitresses (older Caucasian lady and youngish African American female) were extremely rude. I usually tip, but with the attitudes tonight, I politely pressed 'no tip' with no regrets. Another group of people came in and sat down. There was no one else in the restaurant, but neither waitress greeted them. Finally, after a long time of waiting and no one acknowledging them sitting there, they got up and walked out."
