"All three of my kids have graduated from Life Christian Academy and we would have never considered any other choice."
"Christel is the best director!! Also, Ms. Denise is so caring and nurturing to my child ❤️ my son loves it here and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to move him here!"
"At first facility is clean and staff is nice. I was trusting that my son was in good hands. My son is 4 months old and after a few weeks I noticed I was continually picking him up in the one year old classroom. Some days even having to drop him off in the one year old classroom. It is completely unsafe to have a newborn infant with walking one year olds. The teacher was always across the room and my son was just in the middle in a stander or left by himself at a table. I called and asked why ; ; thinking they had a reasonable explanation. The owner stated “that’s just the way it is” that they shuffle kids around in order to let employees go home and clean the rooms. Here’s a thought hire another worker. Very disappointed, I felt my sons safety was jeopardized. Strongly discourage taking your new baby here."
"I had to call 3 different times just to get a hold of someone to see if they had an opening. I was always told Kathy would call me back but she never did. The only reason I was persistent was because it came highly recommended, it seems to differ from age group to age group. Anyhow finally we got in and started, he first week was a mess! They didn’t ask me to fill out any paper work so they had no idea how to get a hold of me. I didn’t get daily sheets, food calendars, or anything of that nature til I finally made it a demand and personally gave the director Kathy my email for the second time! When I did pick him up the daily sheet could never be found or it was never filled out and his cup was missing. I’ve had more cups disappear in the last month then I have in the last year and today at picked he came home with someone else’s cup. I’m sure you think these are just little things not a big deal so I’ll continue. My son has been there less than two month and he has been bit 4 times once literally on his butt!! He’s been pushed down by a 4/5 yr old on the playground, speaking of playground he has come home with MULTIPLE bruises and no incident reports were filled out nor did anyone know how they got there, oh and can’t forget the time I️ picked him up with WOOD-CHIPS IN HIS MOUTH! I did however get notified for the 2 noticeable black eyes he’s received MULTIPLE head bumps because apparently everyday my kid trips and falls into a cubby, shelf, table, toy car on the playground... you name it! Yet at his old daycare this was never a problem. Oh and lunch time well just put them in there play clothes because at lunch time he/she will be covered in food. So bad my kids clothes have stains all the time and don’t bother telling the owner because it’s “normal” for your kid to be sent home looking like a dirty homeless person everyday. A teacher has quit within a month of him being there and it’s been miss Amy and Kathy the director watching him yet everyday there’s some kind of issue. Last week at pick up I had two Incidents where he was playing in 50 degree weather and his jacket was inside on the table they didn’t even bother putting him in a jacket in freezing cold weather which mind you they shouldn’t be outside anyways. Then he fell into a tire and was kicking his legs around trying to get out and I️ came flying out of my car yelling because I️ couldn’t get to him fast enough! Today at pick up a young toddler was standing behind a toy with his pants at his ankles he was pulling his diaper down to pee because his diaper was full then he tripped and fell over and was covered in wood chips crying for help but of course the teachers didn’t see it because they were sitting down out of site! I got out of my car and told a teacher through the fence she came over pulled up his diaper and pants without even dusting off the wood chips or taking him inside to change and clean him up!!! There is no structure, there is no curriculum, and there is very little toys for them to play with so they become aggressive and fight over them a lot I️ have noticed my son has become more aggressive with his sibling since he has started there as well! Bottom line this place should be shut down and the owner should be ashamed of this facility I have had many meeting nothing has changed. As far as miss Amy goes I do like her and I have noticed my LO does to but there is just to many issues and I hope she seeks a better facility in the near future."
