"Have ordered from here multiple times. Every single time the order has been wrong. Bacon added to a burger for a person with pork allergies, onions added to burgers for someone who is allergic, and these allergies have been communicated at the time of order. They just don’t care. Time to move on and find a new fast food go-to since this location does not care to take the time to make sure orders are correct."

"Was just now in here and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the employees were on their cell phones. They looked at me several times and just kept talking on their phones. I guess the phone calls were more important than the customers."

"Did an online delivery order and asked for no sesame seeds on the bun because I have diverticulitis and can't eat seeds but got them anyway. It wouldn't be that big of a deal other than having to remove them but we never can get an order 100% right! Just tired of it! Please stress how important getting an order RIGHT is... please!"

"Employees are rude. Went through drive thru, was told to pull around to the other side to pick up my order. I was the only customer. I sat there a moment, the person at the window yelled "I told you to pull around to the other side. " I said I am the only person in line. She then went and got my food and told me if I ever came back she would not serve me because she didn't like my attitude. I gave her the food back snd requested a refund. Received the refund but will never return. EVER"
