"Ordered 2 double Big Macs. One with no lettuce extra sauce and one with NO PICKLES OR ONIONS and they only gave me 2 both with just no lettuce. I ordered no pickles and onions for a reason, it’s an allergy!! Update:returned and ordered again, they did the same thing, WE ORDERED NO PICKLES OR ONIONS BECAUSE ITS AN ALLERGY!! Tell your employees to read the tickets"

"Please check your orders. Otherwise friendly staff and fast service. Drive thru please be lil more patient with customers and giving them their orders because then you won't give wrong orders or get so flustered."

"I want to give a big shout out to Sequinya. She made our day. We got there super early and she treated us like royalty. Very attentive, the restaurant was super busy but made us feel like we were top priority. It's hard to find service like this nowadays and my brother and I really appreciate it. We will definitely be back!! Give her a big high five and a bigger raise:)"

"I don't know what happened to this McDonald's, but they have gone downhill. They can no longer get orders right, and some of the management apparently doesn't care. They don't listen to you when you try and explain what they did wrong. I have the proof called a receipt and pictures. When I go to a sit-down restaurant and they mess up my meal and want a refund, I get a refund for the entire meal, not just for the part they messed up. Why does McDonald's think they should be different? I didn't ask for the entire check to be replaced. I asked for my meal to be replaced. Just wanted extra onions and pickles on my burgers. The woman I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with should not be a part of any management or customer service. She would not give me her name after I asked for it. I will be contacting the general manager and will try and get ahold of the owner as well. And I'll take my money elsewhere."

"Upsate. Tried again. Big mistake. More sauce means lots less meat. & I gave threw almost that much away til i started savingMy Big mac cold. Was my favorite hamburger for over 40 years Ugh. We live 2 minutes away, should never been cold. Cheese never even 1/4 way melted. So much much sauce that is all over my office work clothes. Contacted headquarters. I will never be back."
