"Need a vaccination? Go to Catoosa Family Pharmacy. I waited in line at this Walgreens for 10 minutes before being told I'd need to schedule an appointment for a flu shot at this location. The cashier recommended that I find another pharmacy because they were just too busy. I was literally the ONLY customer at the pharmacy."

"I keep coming back hoping things will change at this location to no avail. I believe Walgreens needs to close for a week and put employees thru attitude training. Along with changing their item labeling practices to simple straight forward pricing. Their coupon gimmicks usually end up costing more then down the street for me."

"The most difficult Walgreens pharmacy I've ever used. They have consistently given me wrong pill counts and charged my insurance erroneously..and they just have weird hours...if you need to pick up meds on the weekend, better to use a different location. And a few of the techs have had a nasty attitude with me after they messed up and didn't want to admit it."

"Worst pharmacy ever. I am a nurse practitioner and told them they gave me wrong medication for a client. They argued and I waited close to 45 minutes to speak to management. Who was just as rude and unhelpful. Went to another local pharmacy and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. I convinced my client to switch to the other pharmacy in his town. This one is the worst location I have been to. I have been to many. New management is clearly needed."
