"I ordered in the app while I was visiting Norman, Ok. The app sent my order to Elgin, Ok. The Norman store said they had been having this problem a lot. We were charged for the drink in Elgin. We paid full price in Norman. I called customer service who pulled up my account. They asked for the date, time, order number. All of which I supplied. Then they needed another number not on my app and not on my receipt. I wasted about 20 minutes at this point. It’s not worth it to have this headache because of Sonic’s issue. I’m done with Sonic. And we stop at Sonic every time we get in the car. Not any more. There is a Braum’s right across the street."

"Sonics drinks just suck , I keep going back trying to give them a chance but no, this last time was it ! There is no flavor, I paid a dollar extra for cherry flavor , ended up four dollars a drink , then tater tots and mozzarella sticks, which were excellent , my bill was $17 and some cents , almost twenty dollars for 3 drinks and 2 sides, medium drinks, it was almost 2:00 I ask her if she could do the 1/2 price she said no, which I understand , and I really wouldn't have cared about the $ if the drinks would have tasted like soda and not carbonated water"
