"It is absolutely mind boggling that both the super rude women that work the register still have a job there. Same to be said about the rude dude multiple customers have mentioned. Your Yelp reviews are even worse now too. Endless reviews calling these disgruntled trolls out on their piss poor attitudes yet they still hang on like herpes. Do better Sutherlands or the customers will just keep going to Lowe’s instead."

"I've always liked this country store atmosphere. The people are always there behind the counter to guide me in the right direction. I've never had one of them walk me back and aide in finding stuff. There is little ' floor help '. I just don't usually need that much attention anyway. The prices are much less than the big box stores. So I'm giving them an overall good rating!"
