"I have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been so kind. But, last week I had to say goodbye to my little one and Claire could not have been sweeter. She went above and beyond for me. She was so kind, caring, and understanding. I had several things of food and treats to return. She did it without question, talked to me about when she lost her little one, and even offer to be there for me to talk to anytime I needed it. I can not thank her enough for her kind words. "On several occasions We were recommended by our vet to pick-up some items from this location. The front staff was great but when the front staff requested assistance from the manager over the radio, the manager told the staff to tell us to order it on line. We then asked if there was something comparable the manager said to tell us to order it online. No attempt was made to verify what the item(s) were. No attempt was made to see if they could or would assist us. Good luck getting any future business from us nor from our network of friends."
