"We eat at a great fish place near Lake Nocona. After we go, we stop for dessert at the Dairy Queen in St Jo for ice cream on the way home. It is an old time, small town Dairy Queen and I mean that in the best possible way. The folks are friendly and this night I had a superb strawberry sundae. This is my favorite DQ in the area. "Cute little country Dairy Queen. Food is made fresh when you order it, so expect a little wait time. Staff was really friendly too. My only complaint is the Dilly Bar we got with the kids meal. It was just frozen ice cream shaped like a cup with chocolate around it. Hard as a rock and had nuts in it. Get the ice cream cone instead as it's fresh and soft. And my keto kid with his triple patties said the meat was as good as Braums."
