Dairy Queen

"I ordered their new Ranch Bacon Burger but , instead got a regular burger. I took the burger back and instead of making a new burger, reheated the previous meat patty which made it tough, and threw in a piece of bacon. (The burger looked nothing like the pictured burger with more tomatoes and lettuce. ) The waitress stuck her finger in it to make sure it was the right burger- ugh! Bathroom was dirty & needed attention as well."

"Great burger!!!! Perfectly cooked with all the veggies and buttered toasty bun. And i had a vanilla coke.. can't get that everywhere. Their ice cream is always my favorite"

"This has happened twice now, I get a cookie dough with mint and CONE DIP, and twice now they have put the chocolate chunks. I don't mind paying the extra for cone dip, I know the difference between the dip and chunks. I just want what I ask for.."

"They had us park , no problem,but Over 30 min wait for food . Cars ordered after us got their food first. They wouldn't even take the coupons I had from my children's Dr office for a small cone but wanna make us wait 30min for food. This establishment needs some help...."

"Man, this was not a good experience at a well known fast food store, one of my favorites. We pulled into the order land, kiddo burger meal and small coke. They told us to pull to the side in the parking lot, which we did. Thirty minutes later, no food. I went into the store to see if they lost our order or to ask for my money back. Thirty minutes for fast food, the smallest item on the menu. I went into the lobby and 3 people were sitting and one person at the counter. When got back to my vehicle, my wife said, 'A woman came out complaining about how far she had to walk to deliver your order. She then told me they were 'busy'. She was obviously upset and irritated." Ok, I get it.. so, in other words, don't expect your order to be ready in a reasonable amount of time cuz we are 'busy", (fast food ?) -don't park too far in the parking lot, don't expect friendly service, and don't expect to be treated with respect when you are spending your money at DQ in Bowie, Tx."
