"I went to get lottery tickets at 20:50 hours on 3/30. The customer service was terrible. I was treated like a third-rate citizen. They did not know about what they were selling, nor did they care. Even a customer said, "Hey, they probably have the same tickets in the machine. Basically, they say that they don't want to help you. I will not step inside this store, let alone buy from them again."
"It was clean. Most 7-Elevens are dirtiest can be this one was half decent clean."
"I have to agree with other reviews on THIS particular store. Retail 101: KEEP YOUR STORE CLEAN!! This place is always dirty with floors not mopped and counter tops dirty and sticky, they recently had 15 inches of water in their over-priced gas and it's also very rare that ALL the gas pumps even work...and this is AFTER their remodel!! The drink stations, both coffee AND soda, are either not working OR out of product. When this store was franchise-owned it was clean, they offered deals for EVERYONE on drinks in the summer (instead of this stupid 7-11 Rewards program) and their fountains were rarely broken. Now that "corporate" has taken over it's been a downward spiral ever since with a poorly stocked, unkempt store that now charges .75 cents for air! The employees seem nice, but could care LESS about the conditions of their workplace. It's no wonder stores like 7-11, Casey's and others are taking a backseat to OnCue. Sad."
"This appears to be the same place, reported on KFOR News channel that had water in their gas tanks/pumps. This could have been a problem with their supplier, but the question becomes why were they the ONLY 7-11 in the metro which was recently busted for having water in their tanks??"
"Store is always a mess but i see the employees just standing around chit chatting. Think they’d care more about their store’s appearance."
