"The worse ever cheeseburger and customer service. Had no idea when I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup or speical sauce that it meant that you get a hamburger patty with cheese and bread. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomatoe. No pickles. The fries were greasy and cold. If you want more than meat and cheese you have to say “Famous Star” said the rude person who answered the phone when I called about it."

"Got chicken sandwich, the chicken was burned black, like that's not unintentional there is no way you look at that and say "looks good let me serve this to the customer spending money on it". Fries were coldish like some were fresh and some were very old. And I had to reiterate a few times that I did not want onions, tomato, and lettuce and I still received onions on two other burgers. I asked for no ice in a drink for my friend and there was ice in it, I told the man at the drive through that I wanted no Ice and he waived his hand and said "nah man I already made it" but I believe he might have fixed it If I were more stern but I don't like pushing my luck with the people handing the food I'm gonna put in my body so I just dealt with it."

"The service and food were pretty good but the place just was not clean at all. Wish I could rate higher but I got so sick after eating here. I gave another star because the staff looked like they were trying to make do with what they had."

"Evening manager with an ego, a vulgar mouth, completely disrespectful to the customer tried to add something on at the end of an order was told sorry the order had already been put in they couldn't add to an order. As a 15-yr employee of Hardee's Carl's Jr I know better. The way my family was treated at that location is completely inexcusable and completely uncalled for. I contacted Carl's Jr corporate asked to speak to somebody a call center representative contacted me the very next day at which time I asked to speak to somebody up the ladder of that location I was contacted by that locations store manager, Karen who come to find out is aware very much, so of that manager's behavior, demeanor, and attitude toward customers. When I reached back out to customer service and asked for attention from a district manager or a VP I've been dismissed and ignored for the last 4 days. If you think I'm going to go away and let this go you're sadly mistaken so I suggest somebody contact me as requested. Sincerely displeased, K."

"Ordered western bacon cheeseburger no BBQ with mayo. I got no onion ring, no bacon, just a TON of mayo. For the price no thanks. This was not edible."
