Reviews
"I have always had a great experience EXCEPT for today 3/29....A younger lady, who was going to be taking my blood, was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Terrible bedside manners. I left and told her I would return when someone else would be there to draw my blood."
"Phlebotomist needs more training. Does not know how to anchor veins. When she does find a vein she pushes it thru the other side when changing tubes causing a hematoma."
"Dr Luong is amazing. She always spends a good amount of time with me and makes sure I understand. Whenever I call the office staff is incredibly helpful"
"Dr. ordered a long list of blood labs and LabCorp failed to run them all so a key value was missing when I returned to my Dr. for a follow-up. Other reviewers have had this complaint as well. So I was left to either make another trip for another blood draw or wait until the next follow-up appointment to draw and review. The LabCorp tech was courteous and efficient, and the draw was ok - just 1 stick but had to move it around a little, not bad. After the excellent RML near my house closed, I had been DLO in Tulsa twice where 2 different techs were just not good at their jobs, both had multiple sticks and digging around in my arm unnecessarily (I have good veins) so I switched to LabCorp for this round. Disappointing. I will continue to search."
"My stat labs are never run as stat. It always takes at least a couple of days to get the results, and there is some sort of disconnect in communication because the labs are run at St Francis, so Labcorp as an organization keeps telling my remote clinic that I never came in to have my labs done. I am having a time-sensitive medical procedure done, and the delays in communication have led to missed opportunity to fine-tune my medication. The guy with the deep voice is very nice and good at his job, but there is another person that is unfortunately the opposite. Edit: got my results; they ran the wrong labs"
