Pizza Hut

"I went to this Pizza Hut on the 16th of February to pick up a pizza that we ordered about 25 miles away. We get there and the waitress told us the price and it was just coming out of the oven and if we could drive around and circle back. So we did sat at the window about 10 minutes and comes back and tells us that they just put it in the oven. I asked for my cash back and was denied sent the manager over about 5 minutes later she tells me that she cannot give cash back!!! what the heck??? So she tells me that it will be on our phone number and the refund would work at any Pizza Hut in this area. Well that was a LIE!!!!!! Went to the Pizza Hut in Alva Oklahoma and the young waitress said there was no way they can transfer the refund. So then I told her she went asked her GM sure enough the people at Fairview Pizza Hut all lied. So apparently I am out $40 Never again will go to the Pizza Hut at Fairview!!!!"

"9/13/23 I visited this Pizza Hut and ordered the chicken alfredo and 6 original wings and only recieved 5 wings. 9/23/23 I visited this Pizza Hut and ordered the same chicken alfredo and 6 original wings and once again only recieved 5 of the 6 wings that I ordered and was once again charged full price. In both incidents I received the same poor attitude from the staff for pointing out that they are ripping off their customers. 6 original wings on the menu are $13.29 which means those wings are over $2.00 a piece. I'm the old fashioned type that EXPECTS to get what I'm paying for. If this has happened to me twice in 10 days how many other customers have they ripped off? Two dollars adds up over time."

"UPDATE: I couldn't get exactly what I wanted because the app & website do not let you add more than 3 toppings to the BNY, but I ordered just a regular stuffed crust the way I wanted it and it was really good. Service was great! The food quality is generally pretty good and the service is usually friendly and efficient; however, it never fails, when I order pizza, it never has near the toppings on it that I get from every other PH I've ever been to. I'm not saying it has to be overloaded, which makes the crust soggy, but, at the least, when I order a Pepperoni Lover's pizza, I should get more than one whole piece of pepperoni on a slice. When I'm willing to pay the substantial increase for "extra" of any topping, I should get multiple pieces of that topping on every. single. slice. This has not been my experience with this store unfortunately. :)"

"This pizza hut sucks! I ordered 4 pizzas & they barely had toppings on them. The Supreme pizza had 3 pieces of bell pepper. One of the pizzas didn't even have bacon on it like I had ordered. What a waste of money! Will not eat there ever again. So disappointed!!"

"Food is hot, good and fast service. Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I'm guessing they came in on rush hour. But I'm here at 3pm on a thursday and everything is great."
